Market Update: May 2025
Domestic stocks delivered strong returns in May, returning the benchmark S&P 500 Index to levels just above where it started off the year. For the month, U.S. and foreign stocks returned 6.3% and 4.8%, respectively. Foreign stock investors remain the big winners, as they are now up over 14% year-to-date.
